Frappier Acceleration® Running Program

6-week program/3 times per week

This program consists of pre and post performance testing, 12 sessions training on our Super Treadmill, 8 plyometric sessions and strength training. By training on our Super Treadmill, we can help you lengthen and quicken your stride, making you faster and more agile as well as be able to recover quickly after bursts of athletic play. Plyometrics are footwork drills to improve balance, agility, endurance and vertical jump. You will gain outstanding body awareness and the ability to move.and explosively.

Frappier Acceleration® Ground Based Program

12 2-hour training sessions

Our Ground Based program is ideal for those who want traditional ground based training or want the ability to move up to the Frappier Acceleration Running Program. This consists of speed and agility training complete with performance testing, flexibility and specified drills to optimize neural training and coordination. TEAM ON-SITE TRAINING AVAILABLE!

Frappier Acceleration® Rehabilitation Program

Orthopaedic surgeons, physical and occupational therapists, athletic trainers and exercise physiologists have all had important roles in developing our Rehabilitation Program, with the protocol continually reviewed and evaluated as we accumulate data from over 45 licensed Frappier Acceleration medical-based facilities. As with our other Programs, this medically-based protocol is combined with patented technology to optimize sport-specific and traditional rehabilitation activities.

Frappier Acceleration® Sport-Specific Resistance Cord Training

Develop explosive hitting, throwing, jumping, kicking, puck handling and shooting, and other sport-specific movements by training with our patented resistance cord technology. Programs vary. Ask us for more details!

 

 

PowerCord™ Program
Our PowerCord™ Program utilizes the patented PowerCord™, a training cord that provides upper extremity resistance to the arms, trunk and shoulders for better sport-specific movements such as throwing, puck handling and shooting, hitting and more. The PowerCord™ is used in conjunction with specialized sport-specific training Program protocols for hockey, volleyball, basketball and baseball. Athletes looking for improvements in any sport-specific movement utilizing the upper extremities will benefit from participating in the PowerCord™ Program or utilizing the PowerCord™ in conjunction with other Frappier Acceleration Training Programs.

Hitting Program
Optimizing the mechanics taught by coaches, the hitting Program, utilizing the HittingCord™/Harness, recruits all muscles involved in swinging a bat, a golf club or a tennis racquet to develop greater swing speed and hip rotation. Players from the youth to professional levels are using this training technology, combined with our patented cord technology, to achieve excellent results for baseball, softball, tennis and golf.

Throwing Program
To improve throwing velocity, we combine our training protocol with the patented ThrowingCord™, manipulating the neuromuscular system and developing strength and mechanics specific to throwing a baseball, softball, football or even javelin. Scientific studies at three different universities have reported an average improvement in throwing velocity of 4 miles per hour, with no reported injuries.

Kicking Program
Our patented KickingCord™ engages the specific recruitment of all muscles involved in kicking, developing optimal kicking mechanics and concentric and eccentric strength — which contribute to a successful Program, with documented results in NFL place-kickers and punters. Athletes in soccer and the martial arts benefit as well.

Frappier Acceleration® Plyometrics Program

Almost all team sports involving the offense and defense playing against one another require multi-directional movements. The ability to adapt to directional changes as quickly as possible while maintaining body control is essential and must be developed through practice. That's where our Plyometrics Program comes in.

Designed to work in conjunction with our other Programs or as stand-alone training, the plyometrics Program involves a variety of footwork drills and special exercises that enhance an athlete's ability to change directions quickly and explosively.

Through specialized equipment such as our multi-layered Plyo Platform, athletes perform these drills in a variety of directions that mimic the multi-directional movements found in most sports. By training the feet, legs, hips and torso to maintain these various positions and transition to other positions, participants optimize their potential to excel on the field or court.
